This project consists of a residential complex with nine rental apartments across multiple floors. The units include three-and-a-half and four-and-a-half room configurations, with outdoor areas ranging from 17 to 95 square meters. The building features a subterranean parking garage for electric vehicles, as well as shared facilities such as hobby rooms and bicycle storage.

The project includes certified energy-efficient features, barrier-free access, individual ventilation systems, and an underground garage. The apartments are equipped with personal laundry facilities and high-standard kitchens, ensuring functional living spaces with effective insulation.
