This project consists of a residential building with seven rental apartments, categorized into three distinct types: three 3.5-room apartments, three 4.5-room apartments, and one 4.5-room penthouse. Each apartment features a generous floor area with proportions designed to maximize natural light, resulting in bright living spaces. Each unit includes a washing tower and expansive outdoor balconies that provide additional space for outdoor activities.

The building integrates contemporary living standards with eco-friendly construction practices. It includes features such as modern layouts, well-thought-out common areas, and a future-oriented design that ensures suitability for long-term habitation. Amenities within the apartments are engineered for functionality and comfort, such as the inclusion of multiple balconies for selected units, facilitating outdoor access from various rooms.
