It features a warm brick facade and large windows that create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The layout incorporates five apartments ranging in size from 56 to 87 square meters, and common areas designed for utility and comfort. Parking is available through an underground parking garage serviced by a car elevator, and each apartment benefits from a designated cellar space and bicycle storage. All parking spaces are equipped with E-charging stations for electric vehicles.

Distinct features of this project include open-plan living and dining areas, oak parquet flooring treated with B-Protect, and integrated furnishings. The bathrooms are outfitted with terracotta tiles and feature floor-level showers.
