THE FIFTEEN

This project consists of a residential complex featuring ownership apartments situated in Zurich. The development includes multiple apartment types ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, with varying floor areas and outdoor spaces. The ground floor units offer generous garden areas, while upper levels provide well-sized balconies. Each of the 13 units is designed with individual outdoor spaces, such as patios and balconies, complemented by a cellar space for additional storage.

The buildings showcase a three-part architectural design with vertical emphasis. The ground level is characterized by an elegant facade of jade green clinker, transitioning to a lavender-colored upper section adorned with vertical wall panels and brick ceiling ends. The structure is capped with a silver-colored metal sloped roof, contributing to its distinctive exterior appearance.
