Waldsicht Seebach

The project comprises two buildings along a curve, housing a total of 27 residential units, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. Each apartment is equipped with a private balcony, while penthouse units generally offer multiple terraces. The layout allows for natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating open transitions between living, dining, and cooking areas. Individual cellars are allocated for each unit, and additional storage spaces are available upon request. The underground parking garage, accessible via an autolift and equipped with e-mobility management systems, serves cars and motorcycles. Disabled access is facilitated by the lift leading to the top floor.

Heating is supplied through an environmentally friendly district heating system, which also provides hot water. A photovoltaic installation is integrated to utilize generated energy for self-consumption. Each apartment features a wash tower with dryer, while options for basement and storage units enhance the utility of the living space.
