Le Clos d’Avenches

This project consists of a residential complex comprising seven semi-detached villas with six and a half rooms. Each villa offers a total floor area of 198 square meters, which is complemented by a private cellar space and two outdoor parking spaces. The layout is efficient, spread across three levels, including a ground floor exceeding 70 square meters, and two upper floors of approximately 62 square meters each. The villas are designed to ensure ample natural light through large windows, enhancing the living experience.

The villas are located in an archaeological zone, hence they will not undergo excavation. Each unit features a garden with lawn, a terrace, and a spacious balcony. The construction adheres to high standards of quality and incorporates modern technologies, including geothermal heat pump systems for underfloor heating and domestic hot water, as well as photovoltaic solar panels. The overall design promotes a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces to maximize the use of light and the surrounding environment.
