Résidence Le Village

The project consists of two distinct buildings: a group of farmhouses and a barn. The farmhouses comprise three triplex units characterized by spacious living areas and sleeping quarters located on the upper floors. Each unit offers views of the lake and the Alps. The barn contains six apartments with configurations of 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 rooms, allowing choices between ground floor units with gardens, upper floor units with balconies, and duplex styles with loggias. Parking options include covered and external spaces that are available for purchase, along with cellar spaces provided for each lot.

Attention to maintaining original structural volumes and traditional aesthetics was emphasized during the project. Features include natural stone, wooden details, and harmonious color schemes. The presence of a fountain and the conservation of a significant tree contribute to the rural village ambiance and highlight the overall attention to detail in the development.
