Residence Horizon

The project comprises a residential building consisting of five floors, featuring 18 apartments categorized as 4.5 rooms, 3.5 rooms, 2.5 rooms, and two attics with views overlooking the lake and the Alps. The building is supported by an administrative pavilion located nearby. There are a total of 25 underground parking spaces along with 5 outdoor parking spaces available for residents. The design of the building incorporates a fully glazed south facade, allowing for optimal natural light.

Common facilities include a landscaped park to the west of the building, equipped with playgrounds and barbecue areas for residents' leisure and community interaction. The architectural layout is intended to provide substantial views of the surrounding landscape, emphasizing connectivity with the local environment. Unique features include the Minergie® certification for energy efficiency, as well as the use of high-quality materials throughout the construction.
