The building is structured across three levels, accommodating both ground floor and upper-level apartments, with some units also including garden areas.
Expected amenities include an underground parking facility, bicycle storage, and common areas that enhance accessibility and communal living. Additionally, the building is equipped with energy-efficient systems such as an air-water heat pump alongside thermal solar panels, which contribute to sustainable living practices.
