This project consists of 12 ownership apartments situated within a complex designed with unique architectural layouts. The buildings are divided into three segments, each showcasing individual architectural forms. Various units feature expansive outdoor areas, including gardens, terraces, and loggias, along with dedicated cellar spaces for additional storage. The apartments are designed with a clear distinction between private living areas and communal spaces to enhance privacy and comfort.

Unit configurations include garden apartments, floor apartments, and attic apartments, with areas ranging from 112.5 m² to 148 m². Specific layout choices include options for balconies, winter gardens, and ample garden areas accompanying ground-level units. The overall design facilitates optimal light exposure for residents and includes essential amenities such as parking facilities and direct access to common areas.
