The project comprises a total of twelve row houses, each featuring 5.5 rooms. The residences are designed with multiple levels, providing ample space across different floors (UG, EG, OG, DG). Each unit includes a private garden, enhancing outdoor living options. A photovoltaic system is installed for energy production, coupled with a central wood pellet heating system, contributing to sustainable energy efficiency.
Additional features of the development include intelligently laid out common areas and natural surroundings, with prominent roof dormers and large windows maximizing natural light and offering scenic views of the Niesen mountain. The overall construction emphasizes modern housing with individual storage spaces, providing functionality alongside comfortable living environments.

Construction details
The row houses are constructed with a focus on modern building standards, adhering to Minergie guidelines which enhance energy efficiency. The thermal insulation consists of high-performance materials that meet contemporary standards for soundproofing and energy conservation.
Interior spaces are equipped with selected, quality finishes and features, including:
- High-grade flooring options such as three-layer parquet and ceramic tiling.
- Kitchens fitted with V-Zug appliances, BORA induction hobs, and Quooker water taps.
- Bathrooms equipped with Hansgrohe fittings and efficient sanitary ware.
