The apartments have high ceiling heights of 2.83 meters in the living areas, providing an open atmosphere. The upper floors house the bedrooms, while the living layout allows for direct access to garden spaces. The building foundation minimizes the need for extensive excavation, and the structural design enhances sound insulation through a wooden and concrete composite construction method.
