This is a mixed-use development that includes residential, office, and commercial spaces. The project involves the renovation, expansion, and replacement of multiple buildings in the municipality. Additionally, the development will introduce a subterranean parking garage, which will replace all existing above-ground parking facilities on the site, thereby reducing impervious surfaces.
