Each of the eight 4.5-room apartments offers spacious and well-lit living spaces, with a net living area of 136.8 m². The open living area boasts a luxurious kitchen, dining, and living space exceeding 62 m², leading to a covered balcony oriented towards the south. Additionally, these apartments include three more rooms suitable for various uses such as children’s rooms or offices, complemented by two bathrooms equipped with either a shower or a bathtub.

The two penthouse apartments feature 3.5 rooms and a net living area of 143.4 m². These units highlight expansive terraces that provide stunning views towards the Alps, making them particularly attractive for potential residents.
