Mapraz Parc

This project consists of a modern residential complex comprising four buildings. It includes 143 apartments, of which 29 are available for individual ownership, alongside 21 commercial spaces. Each apartment features large openings connected to spacious balconies or terraces, ensuring ample natural light. The layout facilitates a smooth living experience with an emphasis on security and comfort, incorporating elements from the Bonacasa concept. Residents benefit from expansive green spaces, which include both public and private landscaped parks.

The construction is designed to enhance mobility and accessibility, with barrier-free access throughout the complex. Amenities include small retail spaces at ground level to encourage local commerce and community interaction. Additionally, the complex features geothermal heating, photovoltaic roofs, and sustainable materials, aligning with eco-responsible construction practices. Parking is secured and equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, and the site includes pathways for pedestrians and cyclists to promote eco-friendly transportation options.
