The sub-level includes a non-finished room that can be converted or utilized as storage, and spaces are available for hobby activities.

Each unit is designed with potential for customization, allowing for configuration as multi-generational homes or incorporating separate living units. The layout is structured across three levels, with structural integrity ensured through robust construction materials including a multi-layered façade with high-grade insulation.
