Architectural Vision
Vereinigung Bizun
The project consists of approximately 100 rental apartments and 100 ownership units, designed to accommodate a variety of living needs in the municipality. Additionally, there will be around 20 senior living apartments and a new nursing and care home, which will provide care and support facilities. Features include a public cafeteria with terrace seating, a park area with car-free green spaces, and the restoration of the Stadelbach creek to enhance natural surroundings.
The development is carried out by the Vereinigung BIZUN, Creafonds AG, and Heimet AG. The design approach followed an SIA 143 study assignment process to ensure urban planning suitability. Two architectural proposals were selected for further development, with the final project expected to integrate both designs into a cohesive plan.
