The maisonettes have a net living area of 85 m² and include a balcony of 9 m² and a loggia of 12 m². The small apartments offer a net living area of 44 m² and feature a terrace of 12 m². Common areas include a community room and various outdoor spaces for resident use.

Unique aspects of the development include a focus on sustainability through energy-efficient construction methods, including the use of recycled materials and solar energy. The layout promotes community interaction with shared spaces and gardens. The project is designed to accommodate a mix of residents, including singles, families, and those working from home, with flexible living arrangements available in the small apartments that can serve as guest rooms or for small businesses.
