Residential project in Horgen

This project consists of five row houses, each with 4.5 rooms and a floor area of approximately 136 square meters. The buildings feature split-level designs that take advantage of the natural slope of the land, providing bright spaces with views in multiple directions. The architecture includes interlocking sloped roofs, giving the houses a distinctive identity. Each unit has direct access to outdoor areas from the lower floors and includes features such as foldable sliding doors for flexible space usage.
The construction incorporates solid material for the lower floors, while the upper levels are designed as visible wooden structures. Interior flooring is composed of mineral cast surfaces, contributing to an atelier-like atmosphere. Each residence also facilitates direct access to an underground parking garage and incorporates sustainable systems such as earth probe heat pumps for efficient heating and hot water supply, along with free cooling options for summer comfort.
