This project comprises two buildings with a total of 14 newly constructed apartments, ranging from 2.5 rooms to 4.5 rooms. The apartments are designed with a focus on efficient layouts and include features such as a designated underground parking facility. Each apartment has access to private outdoor spaces, while the buildings are equipped with modern amenities including a lift that services all floors and energy-efficient elements such as photovoltaic panels.

The apartments are delivered with customizable finishes, allowing future owners to personalize their living spaces. The buildings have received an energy certificate rated A/A/A, ensuring energy efficiency standards. Additional utility features include fiber optic connections and basement storage options.
