Residential project in Oberägeri

This project consists of two separate buildings: the main house with 7.5 rooms and a guest house with 5.5 rooms. The main house features a heated area of 540 m² and an additional cellar area of 572 m², while the guest house has a heated area of 521 m² and a cellar area of 453 m². Both buildings provide underground parking with a total of 10 parking spaces and designated areas for outdoor equipment such as bicycles and sports gear. Common amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna, with easy access provided throughout the buildings via a lift.

The exterior of the buildings is constructed with ventilated natural stone and fin-laminated metal facades. Security features include metal window frames with minimal visible structure, break-in resistant polycarbonate glazing, and automatic shading systems. Each building can be customized in terms of design and interior finishes according to the approved project. The development includes additional features such as a wine cellar, kitchen pantry, outdoor grill stations, and comprehensive landscape design with an irrigation system.
