Architectural Vision

Gfeller Treuhand und Verwaltungs AG

The project consists of a residential complex located in the city center of Wetzikon. It includes two new buildings surrounding a protected farmhouse from 1690, featuring a total of 28 ownership apartments and two commercial spaces. The apartments range from compact 2.5-room units at 71 m² to spacious 5.5-room family apartments measuring up to 142 m², providing a variety of living options to accommodate different needs and lifestyles.

The design of the apartments allows for multiple orientations, with most units featuring two balconies, enhancing natural light and outdoor connection. The complex is integrated into a park-like environment with pathways, promoting both privacy and community interaction. Additional amenities include bicycle parking, hobby rooms, and cellar spaces, contributing to the overall functionality of the living space.
