Residential project in Nesslau

This project consists of nine residential units, including two double-family homes and five single-family homes, constructed using prefabricated wood construction methods. The development is situated in a sunny location adjacent to agricultural land, providing views of the surrounding mountains. Each unit features spacious ground floors with large kitchens and open living and dining areas. The glass front can be opened to extend the living space onto the covered terrace in favorable weather. Upper floors include versatile rooms that allow for personalized layout options, with two or three bathrooms equipped with modern fittings, including showers and bathtubs.

The basements offer ample storage space with large cellars and utility rooms. A swimming pool is planned for the Chäserrugg house. Each unit is allocated two parking spaces in carports or garages, in addition to visitor parking. The roofs will accommodate photovoltaic systems to contribute to the households' electricity supply or optional electric vehicle charging stations. The design incorporates sustainable practices, utilizing wood to sequester CO2 over the long term, and is delivered turnkey at a fixed price by local professionals.
