Residential project in Lausanne

This project involves the renovation of a historic building, originally constructed in the 19th century, into five residential units and one office space. The residential units consist of 3.5 and 4.5-room apartments with floor areas ranging from 89.4 m² to 98.9 m². Each apartment features high ceilings, original moldings, and period balconies, integrated with modern kitchens and bathrooms. The building will also provide a private garden and a veranda for the ground-floor unit, enhancing the living experience.

The renovation includes a complete overhaul of the building's infrastructure, including sanitary and electrical systems, windows, and roofing. A heat pump will be installed to improve energy efficiency. The project aims to combine historical charm with contemporary living standards, ensuring that each apartment retains its unique character while offering modern amenities.
