Each house includes a geothermal heating system and photovoltaic installations, along with an underground parking garage providing options for two to three parking spaces per unit. The properties range in plot sizes from 291 m² to 641 m², with living areas between 154 m² and 188 m², and all units offer cellar spaces for additional storage.
