The project consists of two contemporary villas, each offering 5.5 rooms across three levels, with a total of 290 square meters of living space. Each villa includes underground cellars and spacious terraces, complemented by large private gardens and balconies. The design incorporates thick walls for sound insulation, and heated basement areas, suitable for versatile uses such as home offices or leisure spaces.
