This project consists of five individual villas, each with 5.5 rooms, designed in a contemporary alpine architectural style across three floors including a basement. The development features spacious terraces and balconies, along with private laundry rooms and garages. Each villa includes underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows, and preparations for electric vehicle charging stations.
