Unique aspects of the project include a publicly accessible park directly adjacent to the lake, flexible loft-style apartments in the renovated historical building, and a modern headquarters designed for approximately 300 employees. The buildings are planned to be energy-efficient and feature a green courtyard for office workers, as well as a shared roof terrace with views over the lake.
