This project is a multi-family housing structure comprising a total of nine apartments, designed as a combination of primary and secondary residential units. Each floor contains three apartments, which are connected by a centrally located staircase with direct lift access to the underground parking garage. The architectural design features unconventional floor plans that allow for flexible living arrangements and provide efficient use of space. Surrounding the building, there are generously landscaped green and play areas that are accessible for individuals with limited mobility.

The complex includes distinct features such as private balconies associated with each unit, ample underground parking options, and dedicated cellar spaces. The building's technical installations meet current standards for energy consumption and maintenance, prioritizing quality materials and established construction solutions wherever possible. Additionally, the apartments benefit from a thoughtful layout that optimizes light and living comfort.
