The project consists of ten semi-detached family homes and six apartments in a multi-family building, totaling 17 residential units across three floors. Each unit offers unique layouts, with options for private outdoor spaces and access to communal areas designed for relaxation and activities. The development includes a common underground parking garage and uses durable materials selected for their ecological impact.
