This project consists of eight townhouses, with four units available for ownership in the front row and four rental units in the back row, each featuring three living levels and an underground parking garage with two designated spaces per unit. The design includes private cellar rooms, hobby rooms, and communal amenities such as bicycle storage and a greenhouse. Architectural elements draw inspiration from Nordic design, utilizing materials like anhydrite, exposed concrete, wood, and glass throughout the residences.
