This project consists of four attached villas, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a usable area of approximately 171.87 m² along with attic space of about 32 m². Each villa features private gardens ranging from 37 to 45 m² and terraces between 18 to 19 m², with tandem covered parking spaces available for an additional cost. The design includes underfloor heating, photovoltaic solar panels, and large openings that connect indoor living areas to outdoor spaces.
